There are two ways to tell this story, which one do you want to read? The true or the false? Well, the false would be something like "Oh, yes, my dream since childhood was to study sociology, and I love my career and my university".
However, this publication is about the real story, so let's go there. I always wanted to study medicine, I had very good grades and a passion for biology, then I grew up and knew the world of drugs and alcohol, so I started to have another perspective of reality and questioned many things. I also had a very bad experience in a hospital, so I discarded the idea of studying medicine and that's how the sociology came to me.
My parents always told me I would be a drunken drifter if I studied sociology ... But after four years of study, I finally realized that I was in the right place, I have a great thesis topic and every day I get up passionately this !
